BlueEdge Wellness Rewards is an incentive based Health Care Account (HCA) that is funded by the employer; the employer only funds claims after they are paid from the HCA. Employees are rewarded for completing certain wellness activities and can earn either $50 or $100 credit (depending on plan selected) for each qualified wellness activity completed, earning a maximum of $150 or $300 (depending on plan selected) per calendar year.
